But Deborah made it easily accessible to learn and try ideas to create my own steam ritual and herbal sauna rituals. “I completed the Sauna Master Course with Deborah in June and wow what a brilliant three days. A friend asked me before I went “how much is there to learn about saunas” and to be honest I wasn’t really sure but Deborah was so full of knowledge.
